Back pain: symptoms, treatment, prevention

  5. Compresses based on garlic infusion are used. Mix with lemon juice. Soak a cotton swab in this mixture and apply it on the affected area for twenty minutes.

Prevention

The best way to prevent back pain is through various exercises. It is also necessary to monitor proper posture while walking and sitting. Weightlifting is contraindicated not only for women but also for men.
